Terms of Service
Developer: Navgrad Studios (Argentina) · Contact: [email protected]
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern Deepfury: Idle Berserker (the "Game"), a mobile game by Navgrad Studios ("we", "us") for Android. By installing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not play.
License to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to install and play the Game on your own device. The Game, meaning its code, art, music, names and story, belongs to Navgrad Studios and remains ours: the license lets you play it, not copy, sell, or redistribute it.
Eligibility
The Game is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age required by your country to accept these Terms, play only with a parent's or guardian's consent. See also the Privacy Policy.
Ads and purchases
The Game is free. It is supported by optional, reward-based ads served by Google AdMob: you choose to watch them in exchange for an in-game bonus, and Google's own terms and privacy policies apply to ad serving (see the Privacy Policy). The Game currently offers no real-money purchases; if that ever changes, these Terms and the store listing will say so first.
Virtual items
Gold, runes, gear and every other in-game item are virtual. They have no real-world value, cannot be bought, sold, traded or redeemed for money, and exist only inside the Game. We balance the Game continuously, so the numbers behind virtual items may change over time.
Your save data
Your progress is stored on your device and backed up automatically to the cloud under an anonymous identifier, and, if you choose to link a Google account, under that account as well. We make reasonable efforts to keep backups safe, but we cannot guarantee that progress will never be lost (for example if you uninstall without a linked account). Lost progress is not compensable.
Fair play
Please don't tamper with the Game: no cheats, exploits, automated play, or modified clients, and no interfering with the services the Game relies on. We may take reasonable measures to protect the Game's integrity if this happens.
Availability and changes to the Game
We may update, change, or discontinue the Game or any of its features, including online features such as cloud backup, at any time. Where a change is significant we will note it in the store listing or release notes.
No warranty and liability
The Game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navgrad Studios is not liable for damages arising from playing the Game, or from not being able to play it.
Changes to these Terms
If we change these Terms we will update this page and its effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina.
